"Silver Lining" features guest appearances from emcees Litt Green, 38 Spesh and Tha God Fahim. The matchless lyricism atop the deft arrangement in "Vinaigrette Drip" is just rap design at its best. I am still beholding such an impeccable distillation of immaculate artistry and progressive sound design highlighted in "Can’t see Me" featuring fellow rhymester 38 Spesh. No cap, this track is 100% next level; I tried to do a bar count and got lost in the middle. With the soothingly poignant melodies, Pappy slithers through like an Anaconda with his no-holds-barred lyrical approach reflecting that street vibe to his craft that you can never get enough of.

There is just something about that performance that is just Grammy-worthy; 38 Spesh does well on his part to complement the flows with his smart and hard-hitting punchlines. I have been playing this certified record on repeat, and I can’t seem to get enough of it; it is such quality music with soul.

The title track, "Silver Lining" is a tranquility sublime and soulful masterpiece that drips with meditative soul. Natson and guest performer Tha God Fahim lay bare their raw emotions over the 90s-inspired beats.

‘Way Back When (1994)’ is the second single from the compilation album 'Smoke & Mirrors' which is set to be released on November 14, 2020.

(September 27, 2020, New York, New York) Lo-Key Music Group is set to release a new single, ‘Way Back When (1994)’, that is from the label’s forthcoming compilation album, ‘Smoke & Mirrors’ featuring artist Nocturnal, Pappy Natson and The DoughBoy Project. This track is a tribute to two legendary rappers, The Notorious B.I.G and Nas. It was back in 1994 when these two lyricists dropped their classic albums ‘Ready To Die’ and ‘Illmatic’.

The single was released with an accompanying music video that was directed by Karim A. Rasul who is the founder and CEO of the record label. The video was shot in the hometown of the two legends, Brooklyn and Queens. Demaris EP is currently available on all streaming platforms with remastered tracks.

(August 29, 2020, New York, New York) New Jersey native, Pappy Natson re-releases his well-respected debut solo project, Demaris courtesy of Lo-Key Music Group. This EP is a dedication to his mother that has had a major impact on who he is as a man and artist. Nicholas Craven fully produced the project and it features re-mastered tracks with Litt Green and 38 Spesh.

As a means to celebrate the second anniversary of the EP, Pappy Natson also dropped an accompanying visual for the lead single, In The Air. The re-released project received much love and adoration when it initially dropped. He wanted to bring the attention back to his music with a relaunch. As an ode to his mother, “Demaris” has a nostalgic feel to it especially in the production which we can all see how his musical influence was inspired by the sounds and story telling of the 70’s

After years of building his craft, one would call his sound grimey soul with his smooth lyrical content. He was able to grow a true appreciation for the artform which would lay the foundation for his love of Hip-Hop.
